SmelzOut is a high film strength water based, 1C primer/sealer designed to seal porous substrates. SmelzOut keeps old smells and stains in (including pet stains, water damage, smoke, felt, ink, and more). SmelzOut seals and repels persistent odors, pets, smoke, food and more. SmelzOut will penetrate and bind cracked, weak surfaces (such as Gypsum) prior to repair. Compatible with acrylic underlayment primers (use undiluted), carpet glues, etc.
